It usually starts with a brief — a moodboard, drawings, or a conversation. From there, we confirm materials, dimensions, and finish. For projects that warrant it, a workshop visit is the fastest way to make decisions: you can see the timber, the joinery, and the finishes in person before anything is committed to paper.

Production begins once the specification is signed off. We'll keep you updated through the build, and photographs are shared at key stages. The piece ships when it's ready, not before.
